Britain's first transgender MP harassed his ex-wife by sending unwanted text messages and voicemails while going through the 'emotional, physical and medical' effects of transitioning, a court heard today. Former Conservative MP Katie Wallis, 40, appeared in the dock dressed in a white blouse, pale blue cardigan, grey trousers, black patent leather shoes and silver hoop earrings. She told the court her legal name was Jamie Wallis but now goes by the name of Katie.
