A British base jumper who fell to his demise from a Thai high-rise had previously thanked a skydiving teacher for saving his life.  

Nathy Odinson, 33, spoke of his close call alongside an image of a crumpled parachute cover falling to earth, saying: 'You saved my life again bro.' 

Nathy had documented his exploits on social media, together with what turned out to be his final jump from a 29-storey tower block in the coastal resort of Pattaya on Saturday.  

One previous picture exhibits the failed canopy with no individual hooked up above a patchwork of rural land in the Far East country as he paid the 'huge thank you' to the pal.

The daredevil had expressed his gratitude to the British skydiving teacher and examiner in a publish attracting feedback about his brushes with danger.

Another pal wrote: 'Dude!!! So many shut calls.

Nathy, from Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, seemed unperturbed by the experience when a 3rd pal stated he had had 'another reserve experience'.

The joys-seeker replied: '5 in 5 okay aint dangerous.' 

He made what turned out to be his last bounce after illegally climbing to the highest of the 130-metre excessive building. 

A video exhibits him counting down 'three, two, one, see ya' within the darkness earlier than jumping off the sting. He then goes into a tailspin with the small pilot chute flailing by way of the air.  

Nathy is assumed to have landed on a tree, hitting a branch, earlier than crashing into the asphalt.

Safety guard Kanet Chansong stated: 'I heard the sound of the tree and I assumed it was a fallen branch hitting the ground.&

Nathy's brother, Ed Harrison, explained how the footage shows Nathy's mini pilot parachute was caught in his harness, so there was 'no probability' it might have been deployed. 

Ed, from St Neots, Cambridgeshire, stated his brother, who had vital experience and had made '5,000 jumps around the globe' had made the 'simple' error 'without realising'.

Police lieutenant Kamolporn Nadee stated: 'The parachute that the deceased used to jump malfunctioned and was not centred as expected. &

'He was in a terrible state once we arrived.&

'The pal who recorded the video of him leaping was questioned and the video was examined as proof. Forensics officers are investigating the case additional. They're analyzing the parachute.'
