The rapper and actor said that being a "father and a partner and a loving husband in my family" is what makes him the happiest

A$AP Rocky is opening up about how he balances his career with being a dad to his three kids.
The rapper and actor, 37, spoke with Perfect Magazine in a new interview and was asked about what makes him the happiest in his life. Rocky said that spending time with his family and being the best partner and father he can be makes him the happiest.
"Being a father and a partner and a loving husband in my family is what makes me really, really happy," said Rocky, 37, who shares daughter Rocki, 6 weeks, and sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, with partner Rihanna, also 37.
"I hope this doesn't sound cliché, and I would hate if it does, because that's what honestly does get me going: being able to express myself creatively, being able to be a family man and being able to be an artisan," he continued. "It doesn't matter what hat I wear that day, it's just about being able to give it my all and do these things."

Earlier this month, the rapper spoke with Complex and was asked what was his favorite thing that he created this year. The dad of three had a sweet response to the question and gave a shout-out to his baby daughter Rocki Irish, whom he welcomed with Rihanna in September.
"My daughter," he responded, laughing. "That's my favorite thing I created this year. Shout out to Rocki Irish."
Rihanna welcomed her third baby, Rocki Irish Mayers, with the rapper on Sept. 13. She shared the news on social media, posting the first few photos of her little one.
In the photo, Rihanna could be seen holding baby Rocki, who was wearing a pink onesie. She also included a photo of her baby's little pink gloves, which had ribbons lacing them up the top. Rihanna also sweetly wore a ring reading "Mom" for the special moment.
"Rocki Irish Mayers Sept 13 2025 🎀," the musician captioned the photos, tagging Rocky. Shortly after Rihanna announced the exciting news, the Don't Be Dumb artist expressed his excitement and confirmed the sex of his third baby in the comment section of her post on Instagram.
"MY LIL LADIES ❤️," the doting dad wrote in the comments.

After welcoming their daughter, a source told PEOPLE that Rihanna and Rocky are "so happy" to add a girl to their family.
"They're so happy to finally have a girl," the insider told PEOPLE. "They've wanted this for a while and can't believe it actually happened."
"They love that RZA and Riot get to grow up with a little sister, all so close in age," the source shared. "Ri's always wanted a big family, and she's excited to do all the girl stuff. Rocky's just been saying he feels lucky."
