Baltimore, Maryland's Lower Herring Run Park turned a dumpsite for abandoned – and sometimes stolen cars – and illegally discarded personal gadgets, in line with the Baltimore Banner.

Gathering the deserted automobiles would require several organizations to work in tandem, just like the Baltimore City Recreation and Parks as well as the Division of Public Works.
