"I feel any affordable individual would see that once we park close, we don't block the sidewalk," Jacoby stated.

"Anyone with strollers and a wheelchair or anything huge, it's straightforward for them to get via."

The U.S. Sun has reached out to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Company for comment.
