Kesha made her presence known in an eye-popping red outfit as she arrived at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on Tuesday. The 37-year-old pop star — who also wore red to Jingle Ball earlier this month — skipped pants as she sported a scoop neck, sleeveless, PVC bodysuit and matching gloves. She draped a fluffy boa over her shoulder and complemented the bold ensemble with lacy, knee-high, red socks and red patent leather boots.
