The man accused of shoving a stranger in front of an oncoming subway train has been pictured for the first time as he's marched through a station in handcuffs. Kamel Hawkins, 23, was charged with attempted murder and second-degree assault following the sickening random attack on Tuesday afternoon. Surveillance video showed the unnamed victim, 45, standing by the edge of the platform as the train approached at 18th street in Chelsea, Manhattan about 1.
